He’s an experienced sales professional with over 20 years of account management, client relations, sales team management, and direct and channel sales development. LC started his career in the IT consulting industry providing technology solutions to end-users. Driven by helping others, he takes pride in providing his customers with world-class professional service. In his current role as an Energy Program Manager for Smart Rebates™, he brings sincerity and a solutions-based approach to every opportunity.

Fred Seyford is an Energy Program Manager for Smart Rebates™ covering the California market. Fred brings over 35 years of sales and business management experience with a focus on building long-term relationships. As President and CEO of Justyn Tyme Solutions, an electronic components brokerage, Fred worked closely with Fortune 500 companies like Johnson & Johnson and Abbott Medical Devices to fill critical supply chain needs. Fred served as an ISO representative ensuring his client companies were receiving the highest quality components. Fred joined SCT in 2020 as an Energy Program Manager for Smart Rebates™, helping companies navigate the LCFS program and maximize their earning potential for using clean energy.

Micah Larsen started with SCT in March, 2023, as Director of Sales for Switch Always On™, IoTAh™, and IoTEmeter™.  With over 4 years of business development and sales experience in the unattended retail industry, and over 24 years in sales, Micah brings an immense passion for helping operators, business owners, and entrepreneurs increase profits through technology.  He’s also a student of karaoke and looks for every opportunity to be behind the mic!  Micah has built a reputation for always delivering results and as Director of Sales, he’s excited to continue working hard for SCT clients' success!

Founder & CTO of Smart Charging Technologies LLC (SCT), Thikrallah “Thiker” Shreah is a seasoned technology expert with over 15 years of experience in firmware, software, web, and product development management. Thiker holds a degree in computer engineering and enjoys constantly learning and navigating the challenges of the ever-changing software landscape. He has worn many hats over his career, including firmware developer for industrial applications, hardware designer, system performance specialist, manager and developer of the largest Middle Eastern job portal Bayt.com, product manager for e-commerce products, and manager and developer for one of the largest Industrial IoT platforms. Thiker’s experience makes him uniquely capable of developing IoT applications and navigating complex engineering challenges.

Chad Finkel is an Energy Program Manager for Smart Rebates™ covering the Northern California and Oregon markets. Chad’s primary responsibility is to display the benefits of the Low Carbon Fuel Standard initiative to interested parties looking to become eco-friendly. Chad graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Agricultural Business. He later started his career in sales working in the highly competitive wine and spirits industry with Gallo Sales Company. He learned how to effectively grow his territory while also gaining the management skills necessary to develop and drive results with a team of seven. Chad’s tenacity to build customer-oriented partnerships is the driving force behind his success in the Northern California and Oregon markets.

Chris Trigueros is the National Account Energy Program Manager for Smart Rebates™ and has been with the team for two years. In 2016, Chris created the published parameters for the Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) Methodology for Determining Electricity Consumption of Electric Forklifts. As a result, he developed a site survey process to enroll the first electric forklift fleet and presented the first rebate check of the LCFS program. Chris has over a decade of experience in the electric forklift and material handling equipment (MHE) industry spanning his background from work at forklift and MHE manufacturer Raymond Handling, and prior at industrial battery and charger manufacturer EnerSys. Chris received his master’s degree in 2012 from California State University Dominquez Hills.

Founder & CEO of Smart Charging Technologies LLC (SCT), Dr. Nasser Kutkut is a world expert in industrial battery charging and management solutions. Dr. Kutkut has over 25 years of technology leadership and management experience developing and commercializing innovative battery management technologies for motive and stationary power battery markets. He has a wide array of business expertise, including start-ups, sales and marketing strategy, technology and product development, and an extensive technical background in renewable energy power systems, battery charging and monitoring technologies for motive power applications, energy storage systems, and smart grid technologies. Dr. Kutkut holds 23 issued U.S. and international patents and has published more than 70 papers in leading technical and trade journals.

Kevin Demyon is the Managing Director SCT Canada, starting the division in January 2023. With 20 years of business management experience while at Exide Technologies and East Penn Canada, Kevin brings immense industry knowledge along with an established network of key partners. As Managing Director, Kevin oversees all aspect of SCT Canada. Kevin has built his reputation around being a hands-on business partner with both his clients and his team, allowing both to see tremendous satisfaction and success.
